NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Refunding Bond Act, Title 11, Chapter 27, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended (collectively, the “Act”), that on January 24, 2012, the City Council (the “Council”) of South Weber City, Utah (the “Issuer”), intends to adopt a resolution (the “Resolution”) in which it authorizes the issuance of the Issuer’s Sales Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012 (the “Series 2012 Bonds”) (to be issued in one or more series and with such other series or title designation as may be determined by the Issuer).

Notice is hereby given that the South Weber City Council has established the following meeting scheduled for 2012:  City Council Meetings will be held the 2^nd and 4^th Tuesday of each month; work meetings will be held immediately preceding regular meetings and on the 3^rd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.; Planning Commission Meetings will be held the 4^th Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.  All meetings will be held at the South Weber City Office, 1600 E South Weber Dr, South Weber, Davis County, Utah, unless otherwise posted.  A full meeting schedule can be obtained at the City office or on the City’s website www.southwebercity.com.  Meeting dates are subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of the Mayor.
