Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment was created to hear and decide appeals, hear and decide special requests  for special exceptions, and to authorize upon appeal such variances from the terms of the Zoning Title (See City Code 10-4-4).  

The Board of Adjustment will only meet if a request is made, at which time a meeting will be scheduled for the first Tuesday of the month.
