A vacancy of a City Council seat is occuring upon resignation of Councilmember Sara Lusk. (Ms. Lusk is moving out of state.)

The Mayor and City Council will appoint an individual to finish the vacant seat term (Sep 11, 2012 through Jan 1, 2014) at the regular City Council meeting on September 11, 2012.

Individuals wishing to apply must submit application in person to the City Recorder during regular business hours by 5:00 p.m. September 6. Click here for application and information.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE: Be a registered voter, be a resident of South Weber City for 12 consecutive months preceding appointment, have not been convicted of a felony.
