Seats up for election in the South Weber City Municipal General Election on November 5, 2013

Mayor 4 year term
(2) City Council Members 4 year term

Candidate Filing Period Begins. June 3, 2013  
Candidate Filing Deadline: June 7, 2013 at 11a.m.
(Write-In Candidate Deadline: September 6)

Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petition must be filed in person
with the City Recorder at 1600 E South Weber Drive, South Weber, during normal office hours.

Qualifications for Office:  Must be a registered voter of the municipality; has resided within South Weber City for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election; and any mentally incompetent person, any person convicted of a felony, or any person convicted of treason or a crime against the elective franchise may not hold office in this state until the right to hold elective office is restored under UCA Section 20A-2-101.5.  (UCA 20A-9-203; 10-3-301)
