Home Occupations with On-Site Patrons or Employees

Generally, this type of business requires a Conditional Use Permit before a Business License can be issued.  The most common businesses that require a Conditional Use are:

• Preschool or Daycare

• Model Home

• Hobby Kennel or Dog Kennel

• Group Home

• Service Accessory (i.e. use a garage for business purposes)

   

Other Businesses with on-site patrons or employees that DO NOT REQUIRE A CONDITIONAL USE, BUT DO REQUIRE A LICENSE:

• Music Instruction (piano lessons, violin lessons, etc)
 
• In Home Salon (Nails or Hair)
