•   What is conditional use?

Determination must be made as to whether the use is a permitted use or a conditional use. When applying for a permitted use, a site plan must accompany the application. The Planning Commission will review the application and site plan.

When applying for a conditional use permit, the person seeking the permit shall first submit an application to the Planning Commission. Planning Commission meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday of each month. All information and fees must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. 15 days prior to the meeting.
